Withdrawal form

This English version is a translation for your convenience. The contract is concluded in Italian: if the two versions differ, the Italian text prevails.

Use this page to withdraw from the purchase of a catalogue product. You find the instructions and the form to fill in. The right of withdrawal belongs to consumers and applies within 14 days of receiving the product.

In short

• You have 14 days from the day you receive the product. If you order several products together and they arrive on different days, from the day you receive the last one.
• You do not have to give a reason.
• A clear statement sent within the 14 days is enough. The form below is handy, but you do not have to use it.
• Withdrawal does not apply to custom jobs (quotes) or to personalisations.

How to withdraw

1. Use the "Withdraw from the contract here" function at the bottom of this page: enter your details and the order number, check them and press "Confirm withdrawal". Or write your own statement saying clearly that you want to withdraw, with the order number.
2. If you choose the statement, send it before the 14 days run out to [email protected] or by letter to Via della Libertà 56r-58r, 16129 Genova (GE), Italy. The date of sending counts. It is up to you to prove that you withdrew in time (art. 54, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code), so keep proof of sending.
3. We confirm by email that we have received your withdrawal. With the online function the confirmation goes out straight away, with the date and time you pressed "Confirm withdrawal".
4. Return the product without delay and in any case within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, with all its parts and well packed. You can also hand it over in Genoa, by appointment. You pay the direct cost of returning it (art. 57, paragraph 1).
5. We refund you within 14 days of learning that you want to withdraw, with the same payment method as the order, including the standard shipping costs. We may withhold the refund until the product reaches us or you show proof that you have sent it (art. 56).

Withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

When withdrawal does not apply

You cannot withdraw from goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c, of the Consumer Code). These include:

• parts printed from your file or to your measurements;
• objects we design at your request;
• custom-made spare parts and repairs;
• personalised catalogue products, for example with a name, a date or a phrase.

Before you confirm a job of this kind, we tell you in writing. Choosing a variant or a colour from those in the catalogue is not personalisation.
